Favero Assioma vs Garmin Rally Power Meter Pedals
Choose power meter pedals by cleat system and measurement method first. Compare Favero Assioma UNO, DUO, PRO RS and Garmin Rally RK200 below.
| Model | Cleat system | Measurement | Good starting point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Favero Assioma UNO | LOOK KEO compatible | Left measurement doubled to estimate total power | An existing KEO setup and a lower-cost entry to power |
| Favero Assioma DUO | LOOK KEO compatible | Independent left and right measurement | KEO shoes with measured left/right balance |
| Favero Assioma PRO RS-1 Single Side Power Meter Pedals (773-20-01) | Shimano SPD-SL compatible | Single-sided measurement | An SPD-SL road setup |
| Favero Assioma PRO RS-2 Dual Side Power Meter Pedals (773-20-02) | Shimano SPD-SL compatible | Independent left and right measurement | SPD-SL shoes with dual-sided data |
| Garmin Rally RK200 Dual-Sensing Power Meter Pedals, LOOK KEO | LOOK KEO compatible | Independent left and right measurement | KEO shoes and Garmin cycling dynamics |
UNO versus DUO
UNO measures the left pedal and doubles that reading. DUO measures both pedals independently. If left/right contribution changes during an effort, a doubled left reading and a measured total can differ. Decide whether your training needs total-power estimates or measured left/right balance before comparing price. Both classic Assioma models use rechargeable batteries and ANT+ or Bluetooth connectivity.
Assioma PRO RS versus DUO
PRO RS uses the Shimano SPD-SL cleat interface; classic DUO uses LOOK KEO-compatible cleats. This is a practical shoe and pedal-fit decision before it is a data-field decision. PRO RS-1 and RS-2 have different measurement configurations, and the RS-UP listing is an upgrade pedal rather than a complete dual-pedal power meter kit.
Favero versus Garmin Rally
The Rally model stocked here is RK200 with a LOOK KEO interface. Do not infer SPD-SL or MTB fitment from the Rally family name. Compare the exact pedal body, measurement configuration, battery system and the data your receiving device supports. A pedal-body conversion kit or replacement body is not a complete power meter.
Before ordering
